The Best Day

I consider this very day as the best day for me....no words can actually describe how proud I am as his mom. Me and hubby decided to transfer Qawiem to proper Prep School from his play school. We're worried at first...whether he can actually adjust & adapt himself to new environment, friends,etc. But Qawiem being Qawiem...he enjoys from the very first day till now...he will come back home with a big smile on his face. Now I know he likes it there....

I'm a scrapping Maniac!

I cannot really recall when was the last time I scrapped my husband's pic....hehe....bad wife. This time I feel that I need to do this for him. After a major chaos in my room, I managed to come up with this idea after been inspired by Scrapperlicious of her distressing with punches techniques. This is genius! Love it!

Also I was dying to play with the latest G45 papers! It took me the whole of Sunday to do it. Qawiem got really bored of me....Mama...why u are always scrapping???? I want you Mama....aaaahh so sweet of him! Sorrie dear , mama got little crazy with scrapping lately...ayah just bought mama a huge stash! Thank you so much bie!

I'm off to physio session again tomorrow...sigh!

U & Me

This picture was taken when Zharif was about 11 months old and I just came back from work. Do I miss working in the office? Err...no actually.... I love being at home ...with the kids and my cluttered scrap room. Hehe...I had a lot of fun creating this page... I love the bright bird and the flowers...it is actually a wrapping paper from a company called AEIOU. Such a lovely paper.

Few Layouts to Share

This is what I've been working on the past couple of days. I felt bad a little that its been a long time since I scrapped my kids picture. I have so many of their photos...it will be totally insane to scrap everything. Also I find it hard too to scrap a very clean layout. I think I identify to a messy scrapper...the messier it looks..the more I feel satisfied. This time I'm trying to stay as clean as possible.Believe me it is hard but I kinda like the outcome.

Other than that, really nothing exciting. My back pain is really killing me...started my physio session at Prince Court and I really hope it will help a bit.

I'm still hooked up to 3D layouts....a pic of my niece when she was about a year plus.

Layer after Layer

I had another fun with paper layering today. I decided to use the BG latest collection - Porcelain. I mix it with some old collection of Heidi Grace. Well I hope you like these, you can view them in full here.

This week theme is Mother's Day.

I have one or two stamps that fit that description but like to 'pretty' them up. This time i was busy playing with distress ink, bleach and i keep mixing them up to come with this cards. This will be the upcoming class for SG. I have yet to have time to write the instructions but that should be my to do list.

Since Mother's Day is coming...i found this nice poem and i dedicated to my dearie mom.

Mom's smiles can brighten any moment,

No place like my scrapping room....

Time does fly, doesn't it? Can't believe that Mother's Day is coming...and so does National Scrapbooking Day. Wasn't it just April?

Anyway. Despite the insane heat here in the city, I have been pretty busy. See?

Layouts after Layouts....canvas too... The urge to scrap was pretty overwhelming. It was nice to scrap something just for me, with no deadlines or set product to use. My scrap table is in huge mess....it's been a week...there is always work in progress. I just love my scrapping room....i can really spend hours here!
