Scrapbook News & Review Magazine - June Issue
I'm very honoured to appear in Scrapbook News & Review Magazine under their Reader's Spotlight section. Here is the brief write up about the magazine which i took from their website. They are subscription based magazine and my layouts can be found here.
Scrapbook News & Review was conceived with the following in mind:
All styles, all genres and mixed media -- from beginner to advanced
Current trends and techniques to challenge creativity
Real product reviews by real scrapbookers
Useful articles and layouts
A staff from across the globe with different styles and tastes
A place where all scrapbookers have a real chance of getting published
Our product is different for myriad reasons. First and foremost, we are customer-driven and reader-based. Our aim is to attract all genres and subjects. Scrapbook News & Review is article rich and reader friendly with in-depth, hard-hitting , non-pc information; it's photo heavy with lots of detailed layouts. Sections are broken down by style, skill level and technique.
Our job is to find the emotional connection and combine it with the logic of the message. The more truthfully and genuinely told, the more we'll connect with our readers. The more we connect with our readers, the stronger the industry becomes.

July Challenge - Scrap The Boys
I love this challenge!
You should try this.....Scrap The Boys is having their latest challenge...i pick this from their blog...
Basically I would like you to create a layout capturing your boys doing things that may be the most masculine…so a little bit on the "girly" side...you know maybe it is a secret thing for pink, them in some girly dress-ups, makeup, flowers in there hair… we all have those photos that you think “hmmm that will be a good one for their 21st birthday party…lol”
This is my take...a picture of Jason - my best friend's nephew wearing his sister's pink dress!
Thanks Tracy for giving me this picture. Am sure Jason will remember this for the rest of his life!

Shabby Chic Challenge # 1
This is the quote from their blog...
It's an INSPIRATIONAL challenge.
Soooooo glean from it what you love and present in a wonderful creation!
You MUST tell us on your blog what inspired your creation!!
I was actually inspired by this old movie, Mrs Brown...is a story about Queen Victoria, the world's most powerful woman and John Brown, a simple Scottish Highlander. Their extraordinary friendship transformed an empire. It was a 1997 movie.I realised that i have a picture of me taken by my husband in QVB, Sydney. I was standing in front of Queen Victoria statue.
